Have a watch of our charity film for the Bowra Foundation.   Today Mark Bowra should have embarked on the The Bowra 1000 Challenge, an 1000-mile epic journey from John O’Groats to Lands’ End. A huge feat for anyone but particularly for Mark who suffered a catastrophic stroke in 2014 and was told he would never walk again. Given the current restrictions Mark had to adapt his plan and he will complete the Challenge day by day, mile by mile on a static bike, a rowing machine and a treadmill. He is hopeful that he will be able to complete some parts  of the challenge outdoors in his local area.
